Client Feedback
When I lived in San Mateo, Jan’s was my go-to pet sitting service. Everyone was amazing and took wonderful care of my two cats. Before taking care of your pets for the first time, they do an in-person consultation, which is a nice way to see how they interact with your animals and vice versa. They are more than willing to send an email to you while you are gone to let you know everything is okay. Also, they leave a little ‘report card’ for you, with an entry for each day they visited and a description of what they did with the pets and how the pets behaved. Every time I returned from a trip, I really enjoyed reading this.
We started using Jan’s pet sitting a few years ago and are so grateful we found them on-line. Staff are kind, caring and very responsible. We have currently a rabbit that is spunky and misbehaved but everyone at Jan’s handles her well and works around her quirks. Jan’s Pet sitting is a a true comfort when we are away.
